List of I&M Bank Branches in Kenya and Branch Codes

This is a list of all I&M Bank branches in Kenya, along with their branch codes. The bank is one of the 42 banks licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya.

I&M Group PLC was founded on August 16, 1950, and was formerly known as City Trust Limited (CTL). It is one of the oldest companies to list on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE).

Following a reverse takeover of CTL by I&M Bank Limited in June 2013, I&M Holdings was granted a license and approval as a non-operating holding company in accordance with the provisions of the Banking Act, Cap 488 Laws of Kenya.

CTL was an investment holding company that had previously been listed on the NSE’s Alternative Investment Market Segment (AIMS). CTL became I&M Holdings after the reverse takeover, and it moved to the Main Investment Market Segment (MIMS) of the NSE.

The Central Bank of Kenya and the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) both oversee the Company’s operations. The Central Bank of Kenya is the official Institution granted the mandate by the Government to oversee the operations of all banks and financial institutions in Kenya.

Through its subsidiaries, affiliates, and joint venture investments in each of these nations, I&M Group PLC conducts business in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, and Mauritius, among other countries.

It has 41 branches throughout the country, with 27 of them in Nairobi. Since 2013, I&M Bank’s shares have been publicly traded on the Nairobi Stock Exchange.
