To book a seat via their online platform, follow the below steps,

On their home page, you will see the booking widget labeled “From, To, Date, Return Date, and Search
Under the “From” field enter your location
Under “To” enter the town you intend to go to.
Select the number of tickets you want to book by default number of seats is one
After that, select your departure date under the “Date field”
After that, click the “Search” button
Once you click you will be directed to the available bus page
You will have different options of buses to select from with different departure times and routes some have a VIP option and a Normal option while some don’t have
Select the one that fits you
After that select Boarding Point and Dropping Point
After that, a sign-in page will pop up, if you don’t have an account with them you can click on “Continue as Guest”
Enter your details and click proceed
The last step will be payment where an M-Pesa prompt will be sent to your phone.
