Career
The good-looking media personality fell in love with journalism when she was still in primary school. At that early age, she joined the journalism club in her school a move that helped her boost her confidence.
When she proceeded to high school the passion for journalism was still with her as she was made the chairperson of the journalism club. She has always garnered stories from different magazines and presented them in the assembly.
After she completed her journalism course she was hired by KTN as an intern. While working at the station, she was showing a lot of improvements and she added hard work on top of determination.
After completing her three months internship KTN didn’t want to let her efforts off the hook. As a result, she was awarded a one-year contract to continue with her services at the media house.
In 2009, she earned a permanent position with the Media house and in the process, she was promoted to the next stage. Three years after being hired permanently she was tasked as KTN Leo producer and anchor for Swahili news. Ali Manzu is one of her colleagues in the Swahili sector.
